No major changes will be done after the sketch is approved but for minor changes

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

The commission will be finished within a month.



USE

Depending what the buyer paid for

Personal - can be used as a pfp and posted on socials (with credit), print out for themself

Commercial (streaming/youtube/etc) - can use anywhere on stream(and others) related things, such as in emotes, on banners, stream promotional material, and thumbnails.

Commercial (merch and other stuff) - you may sell merch using the commissioned art. such as keychains, prints, and stickers.



INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

You can’t claim the art as your own creation.

You should tag me if you post the commission on ur socials cuz I love seeing my art in the wild! :3



REFUNDS

You may ask for a refund if I haven’t started or if a month has passed.

Otherwise there won’t be any refunds (we can work out a partial refund in extreme cases)



COMMUNICATION

Ask for as many wip pics as you want!

If there are no responses to my requests of approval for sketches and other things within 5 days I will continue with the commission.

No major changes can be requested after the sketch is approved however minor changes can be requested whenever.
